I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all my friends and family a happy new year. May 2009 be a blessing to everyone, and may it be a year that dreams will become a reality ;)
Finally, today we painted the entire dining room. It's now all ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Yipee! Here's a picture of my mum in law, decorating her stuff back into the room.
Here's Charlie, looking all guilty. I wonder why...
My mother in law and I went to this place today to get some apples and pies for Thanksgiving this Thursday. We were lucky enough to find a parking spot right in front of the shop. Phew! As soon as we got out from the car, we heard two men screaming at each other, possibly over a parking spot. They soon got themselves into a scuffle on the floor like a bunch of kids. Distasteful. My m-i-l told me she loves coming to the orchard cos they always have the greatest pies around. We'll see about that this week ;) What I do know is that they have great cheese and sausages. Yum-O! The apples are super sweet and everything's organic. Other than that, they sell novelty stuff which are OTT (over the top) expensive! A small box of tea costs $9! We had our little lunch by going around sampling all the food they have on display. Evil I know, but they were too good to resist!
I normally don't listen to teen pops, but this kid is really good, so I'd like to share his song with you guys. 1st runner up for American Idols, David Archuleta. Enjoy!
Ever just lie on the grass and look up in the skies as the clouds go by? While it is just a past time for me, this guy really took it to the next level. A friend of mine sent these pictures to me and I liked it so much that I decided to post it up for you all to see.
